Each turbo goes through a 100 percent functional end-of-line testing with full RPM sweep and a Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) analysis. Hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing is also performed, along with hot gas stand and burst test validation to ensure proper operation.
