Xpressor OER Series Remanufactured Turbochargers follow a strict remanufacturing process to ensure it meets O.E. specs. The turbochargers begin with a complete disassembly and each component is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Visual checks are then performed for any microscopic damage to the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly.
All bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like new finish before reassembly. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. All wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.
A 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM range along with a NVH analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components. In addition, hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing is done as well as burst test and hot gas stand validations.
The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD554 is a high-quality turbo for your 2006-2007 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. The drop-in design allows this stock replacement turbo to offer a straightforward installation and connects to all the existing factory components.
A turbocharger installation kit is also included with upper and lower oil drain gaskets, up-pipe to turbo gasket, as well as oil feed and turbo coolant banjo seals.
