Each turbo goes through a rigorous 100 percent functional end-of-line testing with full RPM sweep and the Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) is analyzed. Hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing is performed along with burst test and hot gas stand validations.
The Xpressor OER Series New GTP38 Replacement Turbocharger is a stock OE-style replacement for your F-250/350/450/550 or Excursion. The drop-in design ensures a straightforward installation and attaches to all your existing connections. A turbocharger installation kit is also provided with new O-rings and bolts.
