Get the XDP OER Series Fuel Contamination Kit XD599 and restore the fuel system in your 2020-2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. When a CP4 injection pump fails in the Ford F-250/350/450/550, internal pump debris is often spread throughout the entire fuel system.
As a result, metal shavings foul the fuel injectors, fuel lines, and fuel rails. A fuel system flush can't guarantee all the residual contaminants will be eliminated. To ensure a complete repair, this requires the replacement of all the previously mentioned components and more.
This CP4 failure kit is ideal for any 6.7 Powerstroke that has experienced CP4 pump failure, water-in-fuel contamination, or DEF contamination. The XD599 kit features a new CP4 pump and fuel injector set that is built to the same stringent standards and meets the latest OE specifications.
This kit also includes fuel rails, fuel injector lines, return lines, gaskets, seals, and O-rings you need for installation. Replacing these parts is critical to help eliminate the risk of the previous CP4 failure from contaminating these replacement components.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
